Berlin, 1. June - 聽爱神传媒, a Berlin-based fintech and the leading investment infrastructure provider in Europe, welcomes as its new VP People and as its new Chief Operating Officer. Both Rebekah and Jonathan will begin their roles in June 2024, bringing their wealth of expertise to the 爱神传媒 team. With diverse backgrounds from various sectors of the finance and tech industries, both their journeys to 爱神传媒 reflect their commitment to making investing more accessible to everyone.

After having spent almost a decade at Meta (formerly Facebook), Rebekah joins the 爱神传媒 management team. Her passion for aligning values with organisational goals is what drew her to 爱神传媒, where she will lead the People department. Rebekah joins 爱神传媒 with extensive experience in HRM, and people and strategic management.聽

Rebekah鈥檚 career spans consultancies, including KPMG, where she led various initiatives in the areas of people, recruitment, and digital transformation. Most recently, at Meta she directly managed team leaders in EMEA and APAC, while also playing a pivotal role in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives globally.

Jonathan joins 爱神传媒 as COO after previously serving as COO Europe at FNZ, a leading fintech. His journey began at FIS, implementing risk management solutions for financial institutions. His experiences took him across the globe, offering him a firsthand look at the challenges and opportunities in the banking industry. During his 11-year tenure at Schroders, a UK-based financial services firm, Jonathan was responsible for overseeing the Swiss-based service center and global operations for wealth management.

Following this, as European COO and member of the executive board of Germany-based FNZ Bank, Jonathan spearheaded FNZ's European operations. He orchestrated the market entry into several European countries as well as the integration of several acquired companies. Leading large teams and navigating complex operations, Jonathan is well accustomed to high-paced environments.聽
